Ebenezer Group is seeking a mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst to turn business and operational data into actionable insight for AI and robotics initiatives. You will build trusted dashboards, define performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to support data-informed decisions in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across AI and robotics initiatives.
Build and maintain clear, reliable dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics.
Develop data models and reporting datasets that support consistent analysis and self-service reporting.
Validate data quality, investigate anomalies, and recommend improvements to data collection and reporting processes.
Present actionable findings to stakeholders and translate analytical results into practical business recommendations.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role.
Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analysing structured data.
Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar business intelligence platform.
Ability to define KPIs, develop data models, and communicate performance insights clearly.
Working knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualisation principles.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
Interest in, or exposure to, AI, robotics, or technology-driven operational environments.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
