Job Summary

Ebenezer Group is seeking a mid-level AI Engineer to build and operate machine learning solutions for artificial intelligence and robotics products. You will work remotely with engineering and robotics teams to turn data and models into dependable, scalable production systems.

Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions for product and robotics use cases.
Develop data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and evaluation processes for model development.
Train, fine-tune, and validate deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Package and expose models through REST APIs and production-ready inference services.
Monitor model performance, investigate failures, and improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability over time.
Collaborate with engineering and robotics teams to integrate models into end-to-end product workflows.
Write clear technical documentation and maintain reproducible, version-controlled development practices.

Requirements

3–5 years of practical experience building machine learning or AI solutions.
Strong Python programming skills for data, model development, and production integration.
Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience preparing datasets and evaluating model quality using appropriate metrics and validation methods.
Experience deploying models through APIs or inference services.
Working knowledge of Git and collaborative software development workflows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, or other production deployment environments.
Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly while working across engineering and robotics teams.
